Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and maintain CNC machines such as VMC and HMC to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on all machinery to prevent breakdowns and extend lifespan.
- Troubleshoot issues with existing equipment and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in the auto components industry working with CNC machines (VMC & HMC).
- Robust understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines including programming, setup, and operation.
- Experience with hobbing machine operations is an added advantage.
