Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, retention, and productivity across the organization.
- Conduct regular surveys and analyses to measure employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track progress towards goals.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs that promote a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Provide data-driven insights to senior leadership on workforce trends, talent gaps, and opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in Employee Engagement & Retention or related field (HR Consulting).
- Robust understanding of Data Analysis (Attrition Analysis) using tools like Workforce Analytics.
- Proven track record in developing effective employee engagement strategies that drive business results.
