Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-driven SEO Manager to lead the organic growth agenda across all brand portfolios. The role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies spanning Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO to drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, search visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue. The ideal candidate should

possess a solid understanding of search algorithms, content strategy, website architecture, and digital analytics, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and external agency partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth
- Develop and own the end-to-end SEO roadmap for all brands, aligning organic growth objectives with overall business and marketing goals.
- Define quarterly and annual SEO growth plans focused on traffic, rankings, conversions, and revenue.
- Identify emerging SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.




- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and search landscape analysis to uncover growth opportunities.

Technical SEO
- Lead technical SEO initiatives to improve website crawlability, indexation, site architecture, page experience, Core Web Vitals, and overall search performance.
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Engineering teams to implement SEO best practices during new feature launches, website migrations, and platform enhancements.
- Conduct periodic technical audits and ensure timely resolution of SEO-related issues.

Content & On-Page SEO
- Develop content strategies aligned with user intent, search demand, and business priorities.
- Collaborate with content, merchandising, and marketing teams to build SEO-led content calendars and scalable content frameworks.
- Optimize category pages, product pages, blogs, landing pages, and other key website assets for improved visibility and rankings.
