Job Responsibilities
- Processing Orders: Receiving, reviewing and confirming online orders.
- Dispatching of orders : coordination with the warehouse for smooth dispatch process.
- Managing Returns: to assist the customers for returning of products, tracking returns and initiate refunds.
- Coordination with dispatch and logistics to manage returns.
- Manage payment reconciliation of online sales.
Required Skills
- Should have competent knowledge of computers and internet.
- Should have proficient experience on Busy Software.
- Should have strong time management skills.
- Should have excellent communication skills written and verbal.
- Should have ability to work independently.
- Should have experience in e-commerce operations.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
