*Roles & Responsibilities*
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and translate strategic direction into polished visual design solutions.
- Design digital marketing assets across multiple formats, including email, display, social, web, mobile, landing pages, and responsive/cross-platform experiences.
- Partner with Creative, Campaign Operations, Production Managers, Content Developers, and Account teams to deliver high-quality creative work that supports client and campaign goals.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across layout, typography, image usage, brand consistency, file preparation, and quality assurance.
- Ensure creative deliverables align with campaign objectives, client brand guidelines, platform specifications, and performance marketing best practices.




- Stay current with digital design trends, AI-assisted creative workflows, accessibility considerations, and evolving web and mobile design standards.
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization, and clear communication.

*Education*
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4+ years of relevant design experience in a digital agency, media company, advertising agency, production studio, creative services team, or marketing operations environment.
- Experience designing for performance marketing, CRM, email, display, social, and web-based campaigns.
- Comfortable working in a service-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships across Creative, Campaign Operations, Account, Strategy, and Production teams.
