ey responsibilities
- Generate leads for commercial, industrial, PEB and turnkey construction projects
- Build relationships with developers, architects, consultants and industrial clients
- Identify upcoming projects through market research and networking
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits
- Prepare proposals, quotations and coordinate tender submissions
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and achieve monthly business targets
- Work closely with estimation, design and project execution teams

Requirements
- MBA (Marketing) or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Business
- 5+ years of business development experience in the construction industry
- Strong network with developers and industrial clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Valid two-wheeler licence and willingness to travel
- Preferred sectors

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
