About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned
SEO Lead
with 8 to 10+ years of experience to own and scale our organic search strategy across traditional SEO,
AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
,
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
, and
AIO (AI Optimization)
. This role is responsible for driving qualified organic traffic and lead generation, leading a cross-functional team, and ensuring our digital presence performs well not just on Google, but across AI-driven search and answer surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, etc.).





The ideal candidate is a hands-on strategist and executor who can audit, plan, and drive execution while also mentoring a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and designers. This role owns growth across
Organic, Social, Referral, and LLM/AI-driven traffic
channels, with strong working knowledge of
CRO
and
Social Media
to ensure traffic translates into engagement and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

● Develop and own the end-to-end SEO/AEO/GEO/AIO strategy aligned with business and lead-generation goals.

● Own performance and growth strategy across
Organic Search, Social, Referral, and LLM/AI-driven traffic
channels — not SEO in isolation.

● Conduct comprehensive website audits (technical, on-page, off-page, backlinks outreach, content, and AI-readiness) and build actionable roadmaps.

● Define KPIs, set targets, and report on traffic quality,
