- This is a newly created leadership position established to stand up and scale a Quality Assurance function within our offshore India operations team.
- As Head of QA India, you will be the on-the-ground owner of output quality across all geospatial, CAD, and telecom infrastructure deliverables produced by the Bangalore team.
- You wont be starting from a blank page.
- Our U.S.-based QA team has established standards, processes, and best practices that have been refined across hundreds of projects.
- Your job is to deeply understand those standards, champion them within the India team, and work hand-in-hand with the U.S.
- QA leads to adapt and scale them for an offshore production workplace.
- This is a collaborative build youll be a key voice in shaping how QA evolves as India capacity grows, but youll do it in close partnership with your onshore counterparts, not in isolation.
