Role Description

The Vice President of Financial Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and performance management activities. This position will lead the development of short- and long-term financial plans,



budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing variances, and delivering clear insights to executive leadership and stakeholders. The role also involves refining financial policies and controls, guiding capital allocation decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and risk management. The Vice President will mentor finance team members, promote best practices in financial governance, and continuously improve reporting processes and tools.
