Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to support sales processes, including chance management, territory planning, and sales automation
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud configurations and customizations
3. Configure and optimize opportunity management workflows, territory models, and forecast management features to maximize sales team effectiveness
4. Develop custom solutions using Salesforce declarative tools and, where necessary, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
5. Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce Sales Cloud and external systems using Boomi platform
6. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Salesforce Sales Cloud modules and integrations
7. Perform regular system audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve user adoption and system performance
8. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members,



ensuring best practices in Salesforce and Boomi development and deployment
9. Document system designs, configurations, customizations, and integration flows, and deliver user training and support as needed.
