Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement NPI processes to ensure efficient new product introductions (NPI) in the electronic components industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with NPI projects.
- Conduct IQ, OQ, FAT, SOPs, and other validation activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze data from NPI projects to identify areas for improvement and optimize future implementations.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Robust understanding of IQ/OQ/FAT procedures and their application in an NPI setting.
- Experience working on multiple NPI projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
