1. Bill of Quantities :-

i. Responsible for all Vendor & Client BOQs for Bids and

Current projects.

ii. Getting Final Measurement Sheets from Site.

iii. As Built BOQs for Client and Vendors.

iv. Bill Checking of Vendors.

2. Purchase Orders and Work Orders :-

i. Receiving and Finalizing Orders for Vendors based on BOQ.

ii. Negotiating and Vendor Sourcing.

3. Quantity Surveying

Required Candidate profile:

1. B.Arch /B.TECH / DIPLOMA in Engineering/ Architecture/ Interior Design
2. Min Experience in Corporate Interiors of 8-10years.
3. Good co-ordination and communication skills.
4. Well versed in English, spoken and written.
5. In-depth knowledge BOQs for office Interior Projects.
6. Complete understanding of Site & Execution
7. Intelligent and be able to resolve technical issues.
8. Client & Vendor handling skills.
9. Productive, Honest and Hardworking
