Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Kochi, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and present Gladius & Schild’s cybersecurity services in a transparent and compelling way. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The role also involves conducting market research, tracking competitors, maintaining accurate CRM records, and meeting or exceeding defined sales targets. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and delivery teams to support campaigns, ensure timely follow-up, and contribute to long-term client satisfaction and account growth.
