* ? Quality Control: Conduct rigorous inspections at every stage to ensure flawless finishes and exact design specs.

* ? Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise bench jewelers, artisans, and technical staff.

* ⚖️ Inventory & Metal Control: Track precious metal usage, minimize loss/waste, and manage gemstone stocks.

* ? Supply Chain:



Coordinate with external suppliers and specialized service vendors (e.g., plating).

* ? 3+ Years of leadership experience in jewelry manufacturing.

* ? Deep technical knowledge of casting, CAD/CAM, stone setting, and metal loss management.

* ? Strong task-management skills using Excel or Jewelry ERP software.
