Job Description
Handle quantity take-offs, BOQs, measurements, and billing specifically for high-rise residential electrical projects under EPC contracts. Prepare RA bills, verify contractor bills, track electrical material quantities, and support project cost control and documentation related to electrical works.
Required Candidate Profile
The candidate should have QS experience in electrical packages for high-rise residential EPC projects. Robust skills in BOQ preparation, BBS checks, billing, and site measurements are essential. The candidate must be able to coordinate effectively with site teams and contractors to ensure accurate and timely quantity tracking and billing for electrical works.
