We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Finance Functional Consultant to support and enhance the finance applications of a global retail client.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on expertise in D365 F&O; Finance modules, production/application support, incident management, root cause analysis, enhancements, functional documentation, and testing. This role requires close collaboration with finance stakeholders, business users, developers, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance applications.
- Own and resolve finance-related incidents, service requests, defects, and enhancement requirements.
- Perform requirement gathering, impact analysis, root cause analysis, and functional solution design.
- Configure, troubleshoot,



and support core Finance modules including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Cash & Bank Management
- Fixed Assets
- Financial Dimensions
- Journals, Posting Profiles, Workflows, and Financial Reporting
- Work on enhancements and customized D365 processes in collaboration with development and technical teams.
- Analyze Finance integration points with Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Manufacturing, and other SCM processes.
- Support Freight Consolidation and related order, inventory, and finance processes.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), requirement documents, test cases, test evidence, and user documentation.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for bug fixes and enhancements.
