- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate new business enquiries.
- Promote fastener manufacturing machines and copper wire products.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Generate leads and maintain proper records of calls, enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales team and forward qualified enquiries for further discussion.
- Regularly follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Maintain good communication and skilled relationships with customers.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
- Sales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is confident, energetic, target-oriented and willing to learn about industrial machinery and products.
