Job Summary

Shree Karni Fabcom Limited is looking for an experienced Sales Head Textile Machinery responsible for revenue generation, business development, market expansion, and sales growth of Water Jet, Air Jet, and Embroidery Machinery. The role involves extensive field work, customer visits, and travel.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation and sales growth for textile machinery.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Generate current business through field visits, customer meetings, factory visits, exhibitions, and market networking.
- Drive sales of Water Jet, Air Jet, and Embroidery Machines.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and market opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with textile mills,



manufacturers, and weaving units.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Lead the sales team and monitor individual and overall sales performance.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer requirements, machine demonstrations, and after-sales support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, revenue projections, and MIS for management.

Candidate Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in Textile Machinery Sales.
- Mandatory experience in Water Jet, Air Jet, and/or Embroidery Machinery.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
- Strong network within the textile manufacturing and weaving industry.
- Must be comfortable with extensive field work and business travel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills.
