About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Executive who can drive business growth for our IT services. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in IT services sales, particularly in Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Hiring, and Software Development services.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end business development activities, from prospecting to deal closure
- Identify and engage potential clients across international markets
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, online platforms, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
- Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT engagement models
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations,



and commercial quotations
- Lead negotiations with prospects and close high-value deals
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams for requirement understanding and successful project onboarding
- Track opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities through CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Contribute to sales strategy and business expansion initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in IT Services Sales / Business Development
- Robust experience in Staff Augmentation, Dedicated Hiring, and IT Outsourcing
- Proven experience in international B2B client acquisition and handling
- Strong understanding of T&M;, Fixed Cost, and Dedicated Team engagement models
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
