Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Monitoring
- Assess patients: Monitor vital signs, blood glucose levels, HbA1c, and lipid profiles.
- Administer medications: Give insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents safely.
- Manage complications: Recognize and treat hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia promptly.
- Perform screenings: Conduct regular diabetic foot exams and sensory testing.
- Maintain technology: Assist patients with Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) and insulin pumps.

Patient Education & Counseling
- Teach self-monitoring: Train patients on using glucometers and logging results.
- Instruction injection technique: Demonstrate correct insulin administration and site rotation.
- Counsel on lifestyle: Provide guidance on diabetic diets, carbohydrate counting, and exercise.
- Prevent complications:



Educate patients on foot care hygiene and sick-day management protocols.

Administration & Collaboration
- Document care: Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) of treatments and progress.
- Coordinate triage: Manage patient flow, appointments, and urgent phone inquiries.
- Work in teams: Collaborate with dietitians, podiatrists, and endocrinologists for holistic care.

Job RequirementsQualifications
- Degree: Diploma /Nursing degree (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or ASN/BSN).

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
