• Handle client calls and communicate professionally with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and prospects.

• Support lead generation and business development activities.

• Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals when required.

• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-up activities.

• Work closely with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

• Contribute to achieving business and sales objectives.
