Job Responsibilities
- Prepare mechanical drawings, layouts, specifications, and calculations for HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Develop 2D/3D mechanical models and design documentation using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
- Assist with HVAC, piping, plumbing, and equipment system design and layouts.
- Coordinate with US(Any global client)-based engineers, designers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support clash detection, design coordination, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Incorporate review comments and ensure drawings meet quality, schedule, and project requirements.
- 1+ years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC Design or Building Services Design.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit MEP/BIM.
- Basic knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, and applicable mechanical codes.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Experience working on US-based projects is highly preferred.
- Candidates with a combination of US + UAE/GCC or other international project experience are preferred.
