Job Vacancy – Tender & Documentation Executive

Company: New Green Environmental Labs Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹16,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate preferred
Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in GeM/tender work will be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant GeM tenders, government tenders, RFQs and EOI opportunities.
- Regularly monitor GeM and other tender portals for new opportunities.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and submission requirements.
- Prepare and submit bids/tenders within the specified deadlines.
- Coordinate for EMD, tender fees, performance security, bank guarantees and other required documents.
- Prepare quotations, comparative statements, declarations, undertakings and other tender-related documents.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, documents, deadlines and tender status.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required certificates, registrations, technical documents and financial information.




- Handle routine company documentation and office documentation.
- Maintain client and tender-related records in Excel and other formats.
- Follow up regarding tender results, clarifications, purchase orders and related correspondence.
- Perform other administrative and documentation work as required by the company.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of online portals and document uploading.
- Good drafting and documentation skills.
- Ability to read and understand tender documents.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Hindi, Odia and English communication skills preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet tender submission deadlines.
- Attention to detail and positive record-keeping ability.

Preferred Candidate
- Graduate preferred.
- Candidates with previous experience in GeM, government tenders, e-procurement or company documentation will be given preference.
