VIM – OpenText Functional Consultant
with robust expertise in
SAP VIM, AMS/Production Support, Invoice Processing and Approval Workflow
.

? Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the complete
VIM Invoice Lifecycle

• Invoice Capture / Inbound

• Invoice Registration

• OCR / Data Extraction

• Invoice Validation

• Exception Handling

• Invoice Approval

• Analyze and resolve
VIM incidents, service requests and problem tickets

• Perform
RCA
and implement permanent fixes

• Handle critical and high-priority production issues

• Provide functional support for
DP, Invoice Processing, Non-PO, Credit Memo and Down Payment





? Workflow & Approval

• Configure and troubleshoot
VIM Approval Workflows

• Maintain Approval Matrix / Approver Determination

• Analyze workflow failures and stuck documents

• Support workflow-related change requests

? Must-Have Skills

✅ OpenText VIM / SAP VIM

✅ VIM Functional & Production Support

✅ Invoice Processing

✅ VIM Workflow & Approval

✅ DP / Non-PO / Credit Memo / Down Payment

✅ Incident & Problem Management

✅ RCA & Production Issue Resolution

✅ 5–8 years relevant experience
