About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Demand Planner to lead demand forecasting and replenishment for our Staples business, using SAP F&R; and Fynd to optimize inventory, availability, and service levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Own demand forecasting, UDF, seasonality, promotions, and DIFs.
- Manage SAP F&R; forecasting, replenishment, safety stock, and order proposals.
- Monitor inventory and sales through Fynd across online and offline channels.
- Track forecast accuracy, stockouts, overstock, and service levels.
- Support S&OP; and collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, IT, and vendors.
- Develop reports/dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

Requirements
- 6+ years in demand/inventory/supply chain planning, preferably retail/FMCG.
- Hands-on SAP F&R; experience.
- Experience with Fynd or similar omnichannel platforms.
- Solid Excel and analytical skills; SQL/BI tools are a plus.
- Knowledge of safety stock, lead time, seasonality, promotions, and S&OP.;
- SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, or CPIM/CSCP is a plus.
