Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Store In-Charge to manage site-level store and material operations for our Distribution Projects. The candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, issue, stock reconciliation, inventory control, and coordination with project, procurement, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete site store operations for distribution projects.
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials at site.
- Maintain proper GRN, stock registers, material issue/receipt records, and inventory documentation.
- Ensure protected and systematic storage of electrical, construction, and project materials.
- Issue materials to site teams as per approved requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
- Track material consumption, shortages,



excesses, damages, and obsolete materials.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Accounts, and Head Office teams regarding material requirements and stock status.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and stock reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for material transfer between sites.
- Monitor material movement and maintain records of inward and outward materials.
- Ensure compliance with company store procedures and internal controls.
- Identify discrepancies and report them to the Project Manager / Head Office immediately

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
