About the Role

We're looking for a Social Media Executive to own day-to-day social presence across multiple client accounts — planning content, coordinating with designers and copywriters, publishing, engaging with communities, and reporting on what's working.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Planning
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars for assigned client accounts
- Write platform-native captions, hooks, and hashtags aligned to each brand's tone
- Brief designers and video editors; review creatives before they go live
- Track trends, audio, formats, and platform updates and translate them into content ideas

Publishing & Community
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Pinterest as required
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and reviews; respond within agreed SLAs
- Flag negative sentiment or escalations to the account lead

Paid Support




- Assist with setting up and monitoring Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns
- Coordinate creative and copy variations for A/B testing

Reporting
- Pull weekly and monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, leads)
- Present insights and recommendations, not just numbers
- Maintain competitor and benchmark tracking

Coordination
- Work with SEO, content, and design teams on integrated campaigns
- Participate in client calls; take notes and convert them into action items
- Coordinate with influencers and micro-creators where relevant

Requirements
- 1–3 years managing social media, preferably in an agency or for multiple brands
- Strong written English; ability to switch tone between brands
- Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and at least one scheduling tool (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout)
- Comfortable reading analytics and building reports in Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic Canva skills; understanding of what makes
