Job Summary
The Track Lead in Tools & Automation is responsible for overseeing operations management with a robust focus on continuous improvement, problem-solving, and client SLA compliance. 1. Implement And Enhance Monitoring Systems Using Integrated Command Center Monitoring And Event Monitoring Tools To Improve Operational Reporting And Streamline Information Flow.
2. Collaborate With Clients To Comprehend Their Requirements And Ensure That The Support Team Consistently Meets Or Exceeds Client Expectations In Service Delivery.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Fostering Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Driving Team Accountability In Achieving Operational Excellence.

Drive Innovation In Process Development By Leveraging Insights From Technical Operations Center And It Support Monitoring To Enhance Overall Organizational Effectiveness.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Capabilities, Optimizing The Use Of Network Operations Center And Batch Monitoring Tools To Achieve Desired Business Outcomes.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Monitoring And Event Monitoring Tools And Technologies.
2. Proficiency In Integrated Command Center Monitoring And Technical Operations Center Processes.
3. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills With A Focus On Client Satisfaction And Sla Management.
4. Proven Leadership Abilities With Experience In Team Mentoring And Project Management.
