Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to expand our business in Bangalore. The role requires strong field engagement, client relationship

management, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals

· Identify new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and digital outreach

· Build and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients





· Promote diagnostic services and wellness packages

· Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities

· Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline)

· Achieve assigned sales targets consistently

· Maintain accurate sales reports and client database

· Represent the company in client meetings and presentations

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related field –

Mandatory:

· 1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities

· Willingness to travel across Bangalore

· Self-driven, target-oriented, and performance-focused

Preferred Competencies:

· Experience in diagnostics or healthcare industry

· Existing network with doctors, clinics, or hospitals

· Strong B2B sales and client acquisition knowledge
