Job Summary

We are looking for a Zoho One Configuration Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in configuring and implementing Zoho applications. The role involves understanding business requirements and configuring Zoho solutions across HR, Finance, Recruitment, Sales, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Zoho One applications based on business requirements.
- Manage Zoho People, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho CRM.
- Set up workflows, automation, approvals, forms, roles, permissions, and dashboards.
- Integrate Zoho applications for seamless data flow across departments.
- Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into Zoho configurations.
- Identify process gaps and recommend Zoho-based solutions.




- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
- Provide ongoing support and process improvements.

Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Zoho configuration/implementation experience.
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Books, and Zoho Recruit.
- Experience in workflows, automation, integrations, permissions, and customization.
- Good understanding of HR, Finance, Recruitment, and Sales processes.
- Knowledge of Deluge, APIs, or webhooks is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
