Job Summary
Operate surface grinding and DRO milling machines to produce precision graphite components.

‍

Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders.
- Set up and operate DRO Milling and Surface Grinding machines
- Perform machine adjustments and change tooling as required for new jobs or material changes.
- Ensure components meet quality standards and specified tolerances.
- Inspect and measure finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor the machining process and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety rules and quality standards.
- Collaborate With production and quality control teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications & Skills




- I.T.I or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- 3 - 5 years of Proven experience as a Machinist to operate DRO Milling & Surface Grinding machine.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints.
- Solid knowledge Of machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Skilled in using measuring tools and instruments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety practices and guidelines.
