Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer to supervise and manage the civil construction activities of a residential villa project. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in residential construction, site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, quantity estimation and project monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, measurements and quantity estimates.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely availability at site.




- Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper execution of work as per required quality standards.
- Maintain site records, measurements, progress reports and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate contractor billing and verify work measurements.
- Use Auto CAD and interpret architectural/structural drawings as required.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
- Coordinate with plumbing, electrical and interior teams wherever required.

Employment Terms

The initial employment period will be six (6) months on a project basis. The engagement may be extended based on project requirements, project progress and performance.
