Responsibilities-
- Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate tools, frameworks, and platforms for developing conversational AI solutions.
- Design and implement conversational AI solutions that incorporate advanced technologies such as AI, ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
- Define and enforce best practices, standards, and guidelines for Conversational AI bot development to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability

- Utilize NLU techniques to enhance the chatbot's ability to comprehend user intent and context, enabling personalized responses that improve user satisfaction.
