Role Description
The Trainee Customer Support Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves providing technical and application support to customers using Danlaw’s automotive and electronic solutions, including troubleshooting issues,



documenting resolutions, and escalating complex problems to senior engineers when needed. The trainee will assist in configuring systems, performing basic diagnostics, and supporting product deployment and installation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or support portals, maintaining accurate records in support tools, and following established processes and service-level commitments. The role also includes learning product features, participating in training sessions, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer support practices.
