Job Summary

The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating recent business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, promoting exhibition opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales knowledge, excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and the ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Identify and approach potential exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and corporate clients.




- Promote and sell exhibition stalls, sponsorship packages, branding opportunities, and other event-related solutions.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with prospective clients and work towards closing deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in CRM systems.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding and event participation.
