Position - Assistant Manager HR

Location - Gurugram Sector 53

Work Mode - Work from office

Working days - Monday to Saturday

Interview - Only Face to Face if resume is shortlisted

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage job postings and source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant job portals.
2. Conduct initial screening and first-round interviews, including aptitude or skill-based assessments, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Coordinate interview schedules with internal stakeholders and ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.
4. Manage end-to-end employee on boarding, joining documentation, induction, and other joining formalities.
5. Handle employee exit processes, including resignation documentation, exit interviews, full & final coordination, and clearance formalities.

Ensure employee-related statutory and HR compliance and coordinate with the payroll consultant for salary processing, attendance, leave, reimbursements, and related matters.
7. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, appointment letters, salary revision letters, and other employee-related documents.
8. Support employee engagement initiatives, including festive celebrations, team activities, and other employee welfare programs.
9. Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
10. Act as a point of contact for employees for routine HR queries and coordinate with management on HR-related requirements.
11. Support performance management, probation confirmation, employee feedback, and other people-management processes.
12. Prepare and maintain basic HR MIS, including headcount, attrition, recruitment status, and employee data.

Preferred Location: Gurgaon-based candidates or candidates willing to relocate to Gurgaon (Mandatory)
