Position Summary

Role Overview and Description

A hands on proactive role in a fast paced workplace.

The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for managing all hands-on operational and financial aspects of the company. This role will collaborate with the CEO and wider executive management team to develop corporate, financial and operational strategies, and is charged with facilitating these efforts across Finance & Operations. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of ZERO13, the Finance and Operations Manager will provide the hands on management necessary to ensure that the company has the proper financial controls, operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures,



and people systems in place to effectively grow the organisation and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The Finance and Operations Manager will also oversee payroll and audit functions and link up to work closely with the legal, compliance and client facing support teams as necessary.

Key Duties:

Operations
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organisation.
- Shape, manage and enhance operational processes and procedures.
- Support the setup of operations in other jurisdictions to allow the group to scale to facilitate growth in an aggregated fashion and link effectively into each in country environment we operate in.
