Job Role: Field Service Technician – Access Control & Door Automation

Job Description
- Install, commission, service, and maintain access control systems and related hardware.
- Install and service electronic and mechanical security systems at customer locations.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, adjustments, and corrective repairs.
- Test systems after installation or repair to ensure proper operation and safety compliance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in installed systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors, project teams, and office staff to complete service jobs on schedule.
- Maintain proper service records and report completed work.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, maintenance, and service requirements.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards during installation and service activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Installation, commissioning, and servicing of:

- Automatic Sliding Doors
- Automatic Swing Doors
- Door Closers
- Floor Springs
- Glass Door Hardware




- Perform system testing and functional checks.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical support at customer locations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics.
- Experience in field service, installation, or maintenance is preferred.
- Must have a two-wheeler / bike.
- Valid Driving License is required.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
