The Role-
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle of our in-house product, BotPenguin, from qualifying leads to closing deals. You will work closely with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of BotPenguin, and build long-term customer relationships. This role requires a mix of consultative selling, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.

What you need for this role-
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS or IT solutions).
- Skills Required:
- Solid communication & interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools for lead management.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset.

What you will be doing-
- Engage and qualify inbound leads provided to you.
- Understand customer needs at a high level and check for product fit.




- Schedule and conduct product demos tailored to client requirements.
- Handle objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Maintain lead hygiene and proper tracking in the CRM system.
- Assist with additional organisational requirements as deemed fit, including supporting junior team members, HR, and operations when required.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
