Role Description
The Security Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing all security operations at assigned locations. Daily activities include planning and implementing physical security measures, supervising security personnel, and monitoring access control and surveillance systems. The role involves conducting risk assessments, developing and updating security policies, and coordinating incident response and investigations. The Security Manager will collaborate with client leadership, local authorities,



and internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high safety standards. Additional duties include training security staff, maintaining records and reports, and continuously improving security procedures based on emerging threats and best practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Physical Security and Security Management for on-site operations and team supervision.
- Candidates should possess skills in Information Security and Cybersecurity to support secure handling of data and digital assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security to help protect systems, devices, and communication channels.
- Proven experience in a security leadership or supervisory role, preferably in corporate, industrial, or facility security.
