Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer rollout and joining.
- Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organizational fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and regularly update the ATS/recruitment tracker.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and recruitment databases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- R Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment reportR
