Job Summary

We are looking for a Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments. The candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers and clients for payment collection.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments.
- Maintain records of collections, receipts, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding outstanding dues.
- Resolve customer queries related to payments and billing.
- Submit daily collection reports and field visit updates.
- Ensure collections are made as per company policies and procedures.




- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in collection, recovery, sales, or field operations.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps, WhatsApp, and MS Excel.
- Ability to travel locally for customer visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
