Role Purpose

The Regional Master Trainer will lead capacity building and quality assurance for the

Livelihood Programme in the assigned region. The role focuses on strengthening the





capabilities of Training Officers, ensuring high-quality programme delivery, and

supporting field teams to achieve outcomes for youth.

The role requires a proactive, solution-oriented skilled who can work closely with

operations teams, mentor staff across levels, and drive continuous improvement in

training quality.

• Content and Quality teams

Key Responsibilities

Training & Capacity Building

• Build capacities of Training Officers across the region through structured and

ongoing training interventions

• Lead regional trainings on employability skills, life skills, financial literacy, and

entrepreneurship

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments and tailor training plans accordingly
