Job Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand our Pharma Gx Hospital Supply/Distributor network business in Western India. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive secondary and primary sales in the assigned region
- Develop Distributor Network in assigned area.
- Identify growth opportunities, develop Business plans, and achieve targets
- Execute marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Ensure timely reporting and coordination with Head Office
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate
- 6+ years of experience in Pharma Generic sales Distributor Network
- Strong knowledge of the Pharma Generic segment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills
