Software Development - Advisor
What will you do:
- Architect, design, and lead development of enterprise-scale web applications using Angular (latest versions) and modern frontend technologies.
- Drive frontend architecture decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Build and maintain highly responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.
- Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across teams.
- Collaborate closely with backend teams (Java, Spring Boot,



REST APIs) to design productive and scalable end-to-end solutions.
- Lead complex UI integrations with RESTful services, authentication mechanisms, and enterprise systems.
- Take full ownership of critical UI components and shared libraries, focusing on reuse and continuous improvement.
- Perform and lead regular code reviews, mentoring senior and junior developers to elevate overall code quality.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex performance, rendering, memory, and integration issues across the application.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, estimations, and technical grooming.
- Partner with QA teams to clarify requirements, review test strategies, and ensure high test coverage.
- Drive UI automation testing strategy and ensure maintainability of test suites.
