Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Financial/Banking background preferred
• Strong experience in digital transformation or modernization projects
• Excellent BRD, FRD/FSD and User Story documentation skills
• Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management experience
• Experience working with developers, architects, QA and business teams
• Strong process mapping and workflow documentation skills
• Experience identifying process gaps and recommending improvements
• Experience with UAT, user testing, demos and stakeholder validation
• Solid Agile/Scrum experience
• Experience managing product backlogs, sprint reviews, retrospectives and stand-ups
• Government, Legal or Public Sector case management experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA is a plus
• CSPO or similar Agile certification is an added advantage
