Role Description
The Inside Sales Team Lead role is a full time,



on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. The Team Lead will oversee and guide an inside sales team, manage daily sales operations, and ensure achievement of lead generation and conversion targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, coaching team members, and coordinating with other departments to support organizational goals. The role also involves handling key client interactions when needed, resolving escalated customer inquiries, maintaining accurate sales records in CRM systems, and preparing regular reports on pipeline and revenue performance. The Team Lead is expected to foster a positive, performance-oriented team culture and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.
