Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fund Accounting skilled experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, or Private Credit.

The candidate will be responsible for fund accounting, reconciliations, capital calls, trade processing, reporting, and fund operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily fund accounting and fund operations activities.

Reconcile cash, positions, transactions, and trade data received from brokers and external sources.

Perform capital call reconciliation and track contributions, payments, and outstanding balances.

Investigate and resolve cash, position, and transaction breaks.

Monitor and resolve failed trades and reconciliation discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain capital call trackers and operational reports using Excel.

Source, validate, and analyze financial data for client reporting and operational requirements.

Develop and maintain Excel-based data processing and ETL workflows.

Coordinate with clients, brokers, internal teams,



and other stakeholders to collect and validate required information.

Identify recurring issues and perform root-cause analysis.

Support process improvement, automation, UAT, and system enhancements.

Ensure all daily, monthly, and periodic deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain proper documentation and follow established process and control procedures.

Required Skills

Experience in Fund Accounting or Fund Operations.

Strong experience in Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, or Private Credit.

Good understanding of fund accounting and fund operations.

Strong knowledge of capital calls and investor contributions.

Hands-on experience in cash and position reconciliation.

Good understanding of trade processing and break resolution.

Advanced MS Excel skills.

Experience with ETL, data automation, or Power Query is preferred.

Experience with UAT and process improvement is an adva
