Responsibilities
- More than 8-12 years of relevant experience in RF Planning and Optimization.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of Planning & Optimization for 5G/LTE/VoLTE networks.
- Hands-on experience with outdoor planning tools such as Atoll and Mentum Planet.
- Experience in link budget and model tuning.
- Capacity planning and offloading.
- Parameter planning (PCI, PRACH, TAC).
- Multicarrier design and analysis for TDD and FDD.
- RFDS creation, antenna design, RF specification creation.
- Experience with LTE core system interfaces and protocols such as S1 MME, ENB, PGW, SGW, S1 U, S6a, S11, S5/S8, Rx, NAS, S1 AP, RRC, GTPv2c, GTP U.
- Hands-on experience on drive test post-processing tools and OSS platforms with different vendors.
- Experience with SIP messages or IMS signaling.
- Responsible for all the KPIs such as Accessibility, Retainability, Avg LTE User Throughput and HOSR.
