Job Overview

Mikara Organic Farm is seeking a qualified and motivated Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our 90-acre organic farm. The ideal candidate should have an agricultural background and be capable of managing crop production, irrigation, livestock, labour, and farm records while ensuring efficient and sustainable farm operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily farm operations across crop and livestock sections
- Prepare seasonal crop plans, sowing, fertilization, and harvesting schedules
- Monitor soil health, plant nutrition, and organic farming practices
- Manage irrigation systems and ensure efficient water utilization
- Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks effectively
- Identify pests and diseases and implement appropriate control measures
- Maintain production records, inventory, input usage, and farm reports
- Oversee maintenance of farm machinery, irrigation equipment, and infrastructure




- Coordinate the procurement of seeds, organic inputs, feed, and other farm supplies
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management

Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture (Mandatory)
- 2–5 years of experience in farm or agricultural operations preferred
- Knowledge of crop production, irrigation, soil management, and livestock
- Strong leadership, planning, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work full-time in an outdoor farm environment
- Proficiency in basic MS Excel and report preparation is an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
